Return policy

With the desire to bring absolute satisfaction, Maison Nha applies a flexible return policy as follows:

Return period: within 07 days from the date of receipt.

Return conditions:

Products with intact stamps and labels, unused or washed.

Products with technical defects due to the manufacturer or wrong model or size according to the order.

Returns are not applicable in the following cases:

Products in special discount programs (clearance).

Used goods, damaged due to improper storage.

Return fee:

Free exchange if the error is caused by Maison Nha.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs if the exchange is due to personal needs (change size, change model...).
